Are you allowing fear to stop you?
I love the message this video has regardless of who the people are and it the message that we should learn to take from all situations.
If fear of what if is stopping you from doing something you've never done, you'll never know what you're truly made of until you let go of your fears and take action. Faith is about trusting the unseen and taking action. For faith by words alone are just simply words and nothing more.

To be a "Whole" person, your mind, body and spirit must become unified
You may be asking, "your mind and spirit must become unified to be whole?" What does that mean? All of you is your mind, body and spirit. Sometimes, we tend to feed one and neglect the others or neglect one and feed the others. I'm beginning to realize more and more, not sure why I forget, the importance of balance.
Ever battle with your heart, feel you need to resolve every problem that you encounter and when you're unable, you feel overwhelmed or defeated?
Author Michael Singer recommends that we have to learn not to fall into the trap of emotions when problems occur due to our mental reaction. Whenever you react you are bond to regret. He suggest leaning away from what the mind does to over emphasize the problem, to avoid over focusing on the problem. Being still is his answer to finding the true solution and freedom from the mental anguish, anxiety, worry and unnecessary pain we cause ourselves. This is not to say you will never experience pain, for through pain we grow wiser. It's as though pain is a form of transitioning to the next level, if we allow it to serve that purpose.
Check out his book "the untethered soul". This video interview with Oprah discusses his book, experiences and solutions to becoming a more whole person. It's simple. It is us that make things more difficult by replaying our problems over and over again in our heads. The "if this happens next time" or "if that person says something to me I'm gonna" and so on.
"Author Michael Singer says spiritual growth can begin by silencing the negative thoughts in our minds. Watch as Michael shares a spiritual solution to use to regain inner peace when thoughts become distracting."

Great things that transform our lives NEVER come from comfort zones. They usually involve pain.
It can be frustrating at times when you're faced with challenges you never expected would bring discomfort, whether caused by people you trust and love or circumstances at work. I'm coming to a place where I feel God or the universe has a way of grabbing your attention from our so called "busy lives", saying, "slow down, be still with me". Even when things appear to go haywire, "Trust in me and see my truth only if you will sit with me". Stop trying to calculate, push through and over analyze situations, for all your thoughts of how things should or could go doesn't matter. Just surrender and be still, for in stillness you will find the answer you're seeking.
I just read something from Eckhart Tolle that says, "Surrender is the simple but profound wisdom of yielding to rather than opposing the flow of life." Instead of fighting it, just allow it to be by accepting it. It doesn't mean you're going along with it, or you're weak. All it means is you're no longer fighting against it. For what we resist persist. Every time I catch myself resisting something I like to remind myself by asking "why am I resisting this?" It's usually a life lesson waiting for me on the other end. What are you resisting today that is causing you unnecessary discomfort? Have a great day!
Thank you to @sacred_goddess on IG for her always posting such moving quotes. If you're every feeling disconnected, check her out!

If you're questioning your Life's Purpose - Watch this Video!
If you're questioning life - why you are here, why is this happening to me, I'm not sure if I can make it through the day or just simply feeling broken in any shape or form, I ask that you stop for a moment and sit still. You are not a mistake for there are no mistakes in this world, not even you. I'm coming to a place of realizing that our "mistakes" only help direct us closer to our truth, that is if we choose to "be still" enough to listen. Being still can be reached through prayer, mediation, being in nature, silence from the world through email, phone, music or social media. The scripture says, "Be still and know that I am God". If you're still enough, you'll connect with God within you, but you must still the mind first in order for this connect.
I know everyone is seeking their purpose to feel like their life has meaning. What if our true and only purpose is to Seek God 1st in ALL we do before our truth or purpose is revealed for that day or moment? What if? Food for thought...

Oprah Life Class: How do we get a better life based on what we believe?
One of the things I enjoy doing on my off time is watching inspirational videos or listening to positive audio on youtube. Oprah happens to be one of the people on my list of many, that I enjoy listening to keep inspired through out my day. I believe that it is vital that we find things to ingest taht inspire us on a daily basis. Positive words, video audio are similar to breathing oxygen, you can't live without it.
The mission Oprah is on to inspire people to see beyond what their present circumstance appears to be is so inspiring and encouraging. I believe we're all here to encourage and inspire others by the way we choose to live our lives, which is the best way to teach others.
In this video, Oprah talks about how what we believe affects the outcome of what we live. What do you believe? Do you believe you are worthy of happiness, success, fulfillment, love and abundance? You will manifest the life you believe in your mind outwardly into your physical life. If you allow fear or anxiety to be your belief, your life will be nothing but thoughts and circumstances filled with fear.
One of my favorite bible verses says,
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
If you're feeling discouraged or lacking faith, I hope this video shows you that all us, including the people that Oprah interviewed, from Jim Carey, Ralph Lauren to JK Rowling, have all been in a low place. What sets them apart is what they chose to believe regardless of how their lives appeared and remembered to never give up hope. Faith is the assurance of things Hoped for...So we gotta start with hope and follow through with action, for faith without works is dead.
Enjoy the video!
