Are you allowing fear to stop you?
I love the message this video has regardless of who the people are and it the message that we should learn to take from all situations.
If fear of what if is stopping you from doing something you've never done, you'll never know what you're truly made of until you let go of your fears and take action. Faith is about trusting the unseen and taking action. For faith by words alone are just simply words and nothing more.

To be a "Whole" person, your mind, body and spirit must become unified
You may be asking, "your mind and spirit must become unified to be whole?" What does that mean? All of you is your mind, body and spirit. Sometimes, we tend to feed one and neglect the others or neglect one and feed the others. I'm beginning to realize more and more, not sure why I forget, the importance of balance.
Ever battle with your heart, feel you need to resolve every problem that you encounter and when you're unable, you feel overwhelmed or defeated?
Author Michael Singer recommends that we have to learn not to fall into the trap of emotions when problems occur due to our mental reaction. Whenever you react you are bond to regret. He suggest leaning away from what the mind does to over emphasize the problem, to avoid over focusing on the problem. Being still is his answer to finding the true solution and freedom from the mental anguish, anxiety, worry and unnecessary pain we cause ourselves. This is not to say you will never experience pain, for through pain we grow wiser. It's as though pain is a form of transitioning to the next level, if we allow it to serve that purpose.
Check out his book "the untethered soul". This video interview with Oprah discusses his book, experiences and solutions to becoming a more whole person. It's simple. It is us that make things more difficult by replaying our problems over and over again in our heads. The "if this happens next time" or "if that person says something to me I'm gonna" and so on.
"Author Michael Singer says spiritual growth can begin by silencing the negative thoughts in our minds. Watch as Michael shares a spiritual solution to use to regain inner peace when thoughts become distracting."

Is your mind constantly worrying, fearing or won't stop thinking?
One thing I like to do when I wake up and before I go to bed is work to feed my mind and soul with good words of wisdom. There is too much we face on a day to day basis that we must do our part daily to feed our hearts with spiritual food before we eat from the world. If we dont fill our hearts before consuming the world it is easy for us to loose focus of what matters and what is true. When our spiritual tank is low, we can notice it when we start to feel easily discouraged, depressed, sad, fearful or just simply focusing on our problems instead of having faith in the I'm-possible.
If you have never begun this practice of going to sleep with good thoughts and starting your day first with good thoughts, I would like to recommend it to anyone that is experiencing a mind that won't rest. Rest from thoughts of negativity or stress. You can do this by reading a spiritual book, listening to audio or watching a youtube video. We all fall off every now and than from seeing the truth by allowing life's problem to consume us and neglect feeding our mind and soul, but it is our soul's #urpose to seek truth first and last on a daily basis to remain hopeful. Why do we allow fear to run the show in our minds?
Fear, fear... Oh how you come disguised popping into our minds as a solution to run havoc in our lives, when you are really only reminding us of all our problems and how it makes us feel uneasy. Why do we choose you over faith when you are both things unseen? When one brings us unnecessary pain if we choose to sulk in it and the other lightens our load if we let go of what we can't change and trust God's process. We all have things we fear but the question is will it solve anything if it does not involve a solution. What are you allowing fear to stop in your life today? If you are entertaining fear, ask yourself what am I so afraid will happen if what I feared actually occured. The bigger question is suppose what I fear never happens, than what? Something to chew on. Have a fabulous Saturday! KL
