Trust in the Lord with ALL, not part of your HEART

So I just read something on my friend's page that pushed me to share this. How many times even after we pray for #God to see us through a situation, we insist on continuing to #fear that very thing. We take our eyes and hearts off God and keep it focused on HOW WILL THIS GO RIGHT or LET ME FIGURE OUT A WAY TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. Unless something is urging your heart to do so and it's not fear based, we will continue to go in this same direction until we start learning to #TRUSTINGOD. 

 
You know you're not trusting when you feel #anxious, #nervous, #depressed, or any emotion that tends to make you fearful of the future to steal your joy and leave you with a troubled heart. 

 
If you don't know where to start, I would like to offer the idea for you to #pray for the fear to be removed on daily bases. Just like the request for your rent or car note comes in every month, same way you should make your request of the difficulty you're experiencing be known to God. He's waiting for us to stop, #bestill, pray and reach out our hands to connect with him. I know it may be difficult for some to do this because you are all you've ever had, as so you've thought. GOD LOVES YOU...

Pumpkin Orange Fall Makeup Tutorial

So I've only used this bhcosmetics "Take me to Brazil" palette twice. I saw some lip art done with it recently on instagram, and was inspired to pull it out and use a color I have not tried before. This sparkly orange color is perfect for the autumn/fall season we're in, and thought it would be a refreshing take on all the vampy looks that are in for this season.

I also used cream foundation to highlight and contour my face in this video, without using any liquid foundation.

Easy tip to clean your makeup pencil sharpeners

I know if I suffer with the issue of my makeup pencils product clogging up my pencil sharpener, I'm sure other people experience the same problem. In the past, I've tried using q-tips, but it made things worse by pressing the product further down into the other end, making it more difficult to remove. One of my biggest issues was when I tried to sharpen a different color pencil, and the color from the previous pencil would transfer, and get all over it.

A simple way to thoroughly clean out the pencil sharpener is by using a disposable mascara wand or a used one for those who don't have a need to purchase a large batch of wands. I find that Dawn works best for cutting through grease, as well as makeup. Start by applying a small amount of Dawn to the wand and water to help the soap lather up, and brush it back and forth through both openings, where you insert the pencil, and where the shavings come out. Rinse with water, and repeat until there is no more makeup visible. Viola! Now you have a clean pencil sharpener.
