Healthy Juice Recipe & more - How to make Aloe Juice, Infused Water & Facial

In this video I show you how to cut and create your own facial, aloe juice and aloe infused water. FYI:  The aloe juice here has no taste, nothing like when you purchase the bitter juice in the jugs. Makes you wonder is the skin of the plant and everything else is in product making it taste bitter.

Here's an image of the aloe infused water I made. It's tasteless...
Aloe has so many awesome properties for over health. Its an anti-fungal, antiviral, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial. Great for uses to boost energy and your immune system, stabilize glucose sugar levels, tone tissue from skin to prolapsed rectums, soothe arthritis, get rid of pimples, rid of ulcers, remove makeup, use as makeup primer, and even great for women going through menopause and experiencing dryness and looseness in their vagina.

Cut green skin off aloe and soak all the inner contents of gel in water to clean off yellowish sap, for 30 minutes. Remove aloe and place in fresh jug of filtered water and soak overnight for 8 hours and drink. You can repeat process up to 12 times before disposing of aloe gel. The yellow sap can cause diarrhea and vomiting when digested. You can find aloe leaves at your local farmers market.
