I was feeling Lost & Numb to Life

I realize in life, sometimes we move blindly through the motions of our jobs, relationships, including the one we have with ourselves and God. I hope this reaches someone out there who is feeling lost, confused about their current career, lifestyle or place in this world. If you're having thoughts of depression or suicide, I ask you to watch this video or share it with the people in your lives to help them realize that they are not alone.

I will not cause pain without allowing something new to be born, says the Lord

I've been talking about this subject and notice it keeps popping up. I feel when situations continues to pop up, it is a sign to pay attention to. I'm coming to a conclusion from my personal experiences that whenever I go through something that causes me pain, the pain is usually acting as a transition to my next level of life. The question is will I focus on the pain repeatedly throughout each day or will I find a way to be still through the "change" that is showing up as pain for me to address. Sometimes it only requires me to be still to connect with God to see his truth, no matter how impossible or unusual it may seem.
