Okay, I had no idea what this was. It took my best friend to break this down to me, since she's gone all natural, for me to get it. She recommended I take a porosity test, which I didn't know Shea Moisture had one on their website. Based off what my friend shared with me, it sounded like I needed to use both the clarifying shampoo and the moisturizing shampoo along with the leave in conditioner to lock in the moisture from the 2nd shampoo after removing all the build up from other products with the clarifying shampoo. This is just my guess, but I haven't tested either this theory, or done the test yet. To be continued!
