$25 NYX Nude on Nude Eyeshadow Palette with Mattes and Shimmer

Are you looking for a pigmented eyeshadow palette with matte & shimmer? Look no further!

There is a good balance of shimmer and matte. I'm looking for an all matte palette, so I'm going to pass on this since I have loads of shimmer eyeshadow, but this might be great for someone looking to begin practicing with eyeshadow, want to test lipgloss colors or looking to upgrade. I wouldn't start with elf if I was a beginner; already did and wouldn't recommend it. It would be best to go to a place like Sephora or Ulta to test eyeshadow swatches to get a feel of texture such as powdery or creamy shadow and pigment.

If you're on a budget and not sure how well this product would work, I understand, but if you can spare it, I promise you won't regret it. I own quite a bit of elf eyeshadow products and sometimes it can be hit or miss on the pigment, but when it hits, it's all good. Elf eyeshadow are great for beginners but not if you're someone looking to really experience quality without the struggle of blending well and great color payoff. I own an NYX palette and I'm converted...PERIOD...

Please don't get me wrong, I LOVE my Elf liquid eyeliner that stays on for HOURS, the brushes and some others, but the eyeshadow can be hit or miss, which can be frustrating and once you've had better, you begin to understand it's not about the price and more about quality.

It's not exactly what I'm looking for but NYX has some great pigments, better than elf handsdown! Too bad Wet N Wild hasn't come out with an all matte nude palette yet, at least one that has more than 3 matte shades. I also spotted this palette at Beauty Master in Morrow, Ga, which is an NYX HEAVEN!!!
