Tarte Lights Camera, Lashes 4 in 1 Mascara DEMO & Review from IPSY BAG - NO Flaking NO Racoon Eyes

Okay, I've been loving wearing this ever since I pulled it out of the ipsy bag. Will be getting the full size in this. I love the fact there are racoon eyes or flaking with this mascara, even after I sprayed my face with a toner totally forgetting to avoid my eyes, it was still in tact.
