ColourPop She & Yes Palette | ROUND 2 How I've Learned to Apply this NOW With BETTER RESULTS

So after the 1st time I used the She Palette in Life, which also happened to be on camera, I went to work to learn why it was blending away, and came out learning a new way to apply these particular eyeshadow palettes from ColourPop. That includes the Yes Please palette as well. All I can say is now I truly satisfied with the outcome. I hope this little tip helps someone out there who may be struggling with applying these eyeshadow, or any that behave the same way, and stop them from blending away. Thanks for Watching!

The WUNDER Brow | Why is it so HARD to PUT YOU ON RIGHT??? Am I the ONLY ONE?

Do I bought this over the summer because I knew I wanted my brows to stay on in the water. It worked for that, but figuring out how to apply it was a real struggle, and it still is. Maybe there is something I'm doing wrong. I'm open to all tips!

NEW BHCOSMETICS BH Studio Pro 13 Piece Brush Set

Now... This looks like a brush set I want to test out. I love bhcosmetics brushes. It's between them, elf cosmetics, and the Vintage Company brushes, which I normally purchase at TJMaxx or Marshall's. I can't wait to try these out. The seem to have every brush in here to do a complete face and eye look.

TOOFACED Cosmetics New A Girl's Best Friend Eyeshadow Palette inspire by fur Baby Clover

 

I don't have too much to say about this Girl's Best Friend Eyeshadow palette. I does seem slightly unique with the yellow and blue tone, but not really wowed by it. I've never tried any of TooFaced palettes. The only reason I haven't is because I never really saw a color scheme that moved me. The peach palette seems like it would be a great matte eyeshadow palette to own, but after the whole Nikkie Tutorials palette issue, and the fact too many of their palettes look the same, I never really gave this brand a second look. If you have an experience with using their eyeshadow palettes, I would love to hear from you.

Beauty Rust - LIMITED EDITION 

Now, I've never tried this brand, and I was hoping this would cost a lot less than $36 compared to the larger palette they have, Queen of Hearts, for $50. That one I can see paying that much for, but with companies like ColourPop creating similar products, it would cool to see the price come down a bit more on these. Maybe the process and formula are different as well as the cost to manufacture the packaging. I'm sure there is so much that goes into creating a palette, especially when you are getting limited quantities created, verses a large batch, aka the more you create the cheaper it is. So for smaller makeup companies, I could see why they charge more for something that looks like they should charge less, aka the Cat's Pajamas Palette. Let me know if you've tried these eyeshadow and what's your take is on the pigmentation/color payoff.

Wet N Wild's NEW MegaGlo Highlighting Palette

This is interesting... Both Wet N Wild and ELF Cosmetics both came out with similar highlights. I wasn't too much a fan of that shade, which appears to be something the younger beauty lovers will most likely obsess over. So I will probably review for review sake, but not sure how much use I will get out of a palette like this... But knowing how people LOVE all things Wet N Wild, I'm sure this one will do great. What do you think?

NEW ELF Cosmetics Holographic Highlighting Duos!

Personally, I'm not a fan of these colors on my cheek bones or other areas I normally highlight. Maybe on the lids, but on the face, not for someone my age. I would have so rocked these in my 20's, but now... nah... I'll pass, or maybe I'll test them out on my lids. :) We'll see. Now, I don't know about you, but with the first palette, I loved the colors, but I wasn't show how it was going to perform, and nor was I a fan of the lipsticks in the palette, only due to the fact when it's time to retouch your lips, you have to carry a huge palette in your purse, and a brush. That's why I passed on it to the first time. But now....that it has both sides full of eyeshadow, I am totally game to try this palette out, and the good news is it has the original colors on one side and the whole new set on the other. I can't wait to purchase the remix palette this go round.

Now I don't know about y'all, but one thing I can't go without is my toenails looking well kept. Polish on my toenails is a must. One thing to not polish your finger nails, since I hate the fact they chip so easily and quickly, verses on my feet. Just so happens that Butter London is one of my favorite nail polish brands, including OPI and Essie. I love catching these on sale at TJMaxx and Marshall's, normally ranging around $3.99. I can't wait to find some shades like these at those locations.
